Notice of Annual General Meeting
This is the official notice of the Entry Hill Community Association's Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 at 7pm, via Zoom.
If you have emailed us to say that you wish to attend, we will send you a lnk to join the meeting.
We are sorry that the 2021 AGM has been delayed but Covid restrictions have made everything more difficult. We have held off in the hope that we could arrange a physical meeting but we still do not think that this is possible and will be holding this over Zoom.
Anyone living within the Entry Hill Community Association area is welcome to join the meeting, but we do need to know approximately how many people plan to attend, to ensure we have the right level of Zoom subscription. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend the AGM, and we will make sure that you receive the link and instructions on how to join the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting will be to receive the Chairman's report and to re-elect the inaugural Entry Hill Community Association committee. This will include re-electing the Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Committee Members.
Katina Beckett is willing to stand for the position of Chair of the Association for a further year; and Dominic Wilson is willing to stand again for the positions of Secretary and Treasurer. Most of the existing Committee members are also willing to stand again.
There are some additional vacancies for committee members and if there is any resident from the Entry Hill Community Association area who would like to join the committee, please contact us by email at email@example.com confirming your full name and address at least 7 days prior to the AGM (ie not later than 7pm on Tuesday, 23 November, 2021).
